  We felt very rushed. During our follow up appointment our cats were still sneezing and one of them developed discharge in her eye, but our concerns were not addressed. The vet was kind and informative, as well as the receptionist. However our main concern during our follow up (continued sneezing and new eye discharge) was ignored and dismissed by the technician. When trying to discuss it with her we were told "its fine" without further discussion.

  I came in for first appointment. Dr said the dog needed 2 shots. I didn’t feel comfortable doing both at once. We chose to do first shot and then booster on 2nd appointment. Instead they decided to start the 2nd shot and now texted me telling me that it’s been too long since the first shot to do the booster on it. Now they want to redo the first shot. Either they’re not aware of the situation and their communication is elementary or they did it on purpose to make more money. Either way would never refer them to my worst enemy

  The veterans there they don’t know what they are doing, Went there with my dog who is having a diarrhea, instead of doing their jobs they kept giving guesses of what could be going on, charging me money for nothing and after buying meds and putting my dog on them they came back saying “oh no no that’s wrong we gotta do that instead”, this is ridiculous.. it’s not a veterinary but a business they charge miney with zero knowledge

  Worse in the business money hungry not professional sorry set of employees. Take some time by getting off your butts and clean that filthy waiting area instead of sitting around doing nothing. My pet deserves better than you sorry set of folks.
