- ELErin LeesebergAug 11, 20211.0Today 8-11-21 @ 5:15pm another customer called this store to see if they had the A 52 5G in stock and the lady said she only spoke Spanish. Then I called and she spoke English at first and said she didn’t know how to speak English and then pretend as though she couldn’t hear me as soon as I brought up the phone. Now I know that you have to be bilingual to work for cricket and I also know her area is not that Spanish. So why does this lady work here? What is going on? Why are you letting her treat your customers like this? This is not the way to run a company , Hispanics are not the only customers you have . Please fix this.

- KTKAREN THEISSApr 5, 20182.0I rushed to get there b4 they closed & made it with 4 min to go. He told me they had the phone I wanted but they were closing. Many a night I didn't go home on time because the customer comes 1st, not @ this place.
