- SISonia IrizarrySep 21, 20265.0Ivana was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
- SWScott WilsonSep 18, 20261.0I had been with Cricket for 12 years. I can not remember when the last time I got a phone from them. So I go into to check on a new phone. They said as an upgrade I could get bet a Samsung 15 for 80 dollars. I agreed. The total came to 180 dollars. I asked what happened to 80 and was told there were additional fees and charges. That didn't sound right so I called cricket customer service. I was told that 80 plus 25 connection fee was suggested price but some stores can add additional fees. Anyway, I switched to T-Mobile, got a free phone and got in during a half price sale and I am only paying 25 a month. Half what I was paying at Cricket. Forget you Cricket. And Forget is not the word I'm actually thinking of.

- DHDavid HelmickJul 8, 20265.0I went to the store July 7th at about 4:00. there's a young dude in there wish I remembered his name but he was very respectful and helpful to an old dude that don't know much about the phones. He's a patient dude, thanks for the customer service 🤙🤙🤙
- CWCatherine L WeeksJul 6, 20265.0While here on vacation Granddaughter downloaded game and major virus and shut down my phone. Cricket rep found the app for virus entry and deleted it very quickly and restored phone. I will be more vigilant from now on 🤬🙏🏾
