- SCSarah CampbellJun 15, 20261.0My elderly mother was told that she cannot get her number transferred to my account in the store whatsoever. I called 611 and spoke to cricket and they told me as long as I've added them as an authorized user that they can add them to my plan in the store. They needed to transfer their phone numbers and she stated absolutely not, cannot do that. So my mom is having a conversation with me on the phone since we are in different states and I'm unable to go there and help them. My mom says to me, there must be a complaint department. My mother never mentioned anything about her and she proceeds to tell my 76 year old elderly mother to take her call outside and kicks her out. Unbelievably horrible person to treat my mother that way. She was just lazy and horrible at her job. Totally makes me sad that my Mom was treated this way.
