  Been a customer for 8 years, only a few minor issues. Lyndon was great helping me with a new plan glitch that disabled my hotspot. He worked through it and solved the problem.

  Today, December 26, 2025, we went to the store to buy a phone, and the guy who was working there ignored us because he was only talking on his phone. He didn't even bother to ask us if we needed anything; he was just constantly on his phone talking.

  The customer service is awesome! I've never had an issue with it at all. And the prices for the cell service just can't be beat! I came from Verizon, and have been with Cricket now about 9 or so months. And it's one of the best decisions I have ever made! Thanks Cricket!
