For people that don't know much about animals or the industry, this might seem like a great place to go at first glance but as someone else mentioned, they were bought out by Mars, Inc. for approximately $9 BILLION and their priority is always money, that's it and it makes sense when you read about it. The company is owned by corporate candy makers, just think on that...

The stuff was amazing.. seriously! The girls who worked there are really the best The vet was super nice . But(!!!!!) I dont think that she had the best interest for my dog. And for me . My dog had something in her eye and the Dr said she couldn't see nothing in it and gave me drops and ask the my dog will stopped antibiotic that she is already taking for a different problem and switching to what she want to buy from her. Week later the eye didnt got better untill I open the eye and saw that there is a piece of WOOD in her eye (!!!!!!!!!!) I took it out and immediately I could see the relief . I spent 160$ after I explained to them that I cannot afford that. In the beginning the Dr wanted to charge me 240$ and try to push evey shot and medication. If I wasn't on it - I probably would pay $$$ for surgery. Never come back. Thank you and not tank you .

Severely unprofessional, lazy and one of the most greedy vet clinics I've ever been to. Fellow vet care worker talking here by the way. Our dog came in for potential allergies, itching etc and saw Dr. Medved (sp?) She immediately suggested it was seasonal and only option was paying an arm and a leg for Apoquel, without asking anything about our dogs diet, which had recently changed by the way.... so great detective work there. After charging more than double what Apoquel goes for literally anywhere else, we called to have them send a prescription to a pharmacy. Nope, not an option. They refuse to do so and you're only option is to come pick up a piece of paper to fill it on your own. All of these behaviors point towards one thing—money. They'll do the very least to get the most out of you. It's no wonder when you actually look into who owns VCA and how many billions of dollars they take home every year. Do your research and go to a privately owned vet. They actually give a damn. We're switching vets TODAY. VCA- don't bother with your copy/ paste response templates for Google reviews, it's just not worth your precious pennies.

The staff here are PHENOMENAL!! I have come for exams, vaccines and prescriptions, and every visit is efficient and the customer service is above-and-beyond. This is my first pet is a while, and the techs and doctors made me feel re-assured and I did not feel pressured to do procedures or get products I did not want. They also were very responsive during a prescription mishap I encountered: refunds and communication was prompt and friendly. So happy to have found an amazing vet!!! Also, parking is free and the lot has front and back parking.
