  I came to switch my service from Verizon. I needed help with my mom’s phone since I’m in a family plan. Sam help get my transfer pin for me and gave us a deal on the new iPhone 17e with a good price. Thank you for making this smooth for us.

  The staff is unable to assist with anything. I actually saw a lady crying about not receiving a non working device and numerous attempts to get help. Shop anywhere but here. There is a nice Walmart directly behind the location. Their warranty is tried and true. The other reviews seem to be AI after reading them. I thoroughly investigate previous reviews and their patterns. Employee reviews should not count. I usually don’t post reviews. I work near and kept seeing a woman return trying to seek help.

  DO NOT PURCHASE A MOTOROLA STYLUS FROM THIS FRANCHISE LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!! I had the most difficult time with a customer resolution in my life. Basically the phone I received was deemed non working. After over seven or eight different return attempts to have them correct the issue, all within the return period ranger, neither the owner or Cricket team has reached to resolve this problem. Not even the employees at the location were able to troubleshoot the device. I am out $143.53 that includes: the device, activation, a case and screen protector, and insurance. The call center representative told me that a warranty replacement would arrive and the call disconnected. To no surprise, it never came and the service is suspended. The only helpful person, Mohammed, is now on vacation and the saga continues. My credit card company is still investigating. I will follow up with the BBB for deceptive practices.No one else in should have to be subjected to this type of behavior.
