  Thank you Michael for going above and beyond to assist my grieving grandmother with transferring her deceased husband’s account into her name. After a very frustrating experience at the Cornelia location, where she was repeatedly sent away and told to call customer service, Michael treated her with kindness, compassion, patience and understanding. He took the time to listen to her, explain everything clearly, and actually help her instead of making her feel like a burden.
