Dr. Ling is very thorough and paid attention to all the small details about my dog. She is very knowledgeable and helps explain issues in a simple way where everyone can understand. I highly recommend this VCA Location and Dr. Ling!

- KPKatie PontonMay 29, 20261.0DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! To start, I had taken my dog in because he was sick and they charged me over and over and there was never a solution. He was then seen by a REAL vet (not at VCA) and that is when they found a large tumor and diagnosed him with cancer. He passed away in January and the VCA has the audacity to charge my card every month until the remaining balance of $1,000.00 is paid off for "tests that were done when he was alive" even though I only had the plan for three months. So not only did they not find the tumor upon his exams, they are still charging my card every month. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE VCA THEY WILL TELL YOU TO DO TESTS THEN CHARGE YOU AFTER YOUR PET PASSES!!!!

I have been taking my dog here for years for annual checkups and all her shots and not once did a vet mentioned or write on her papers etc... that her teeth looked bad..As a matter of fact they said they looked fine on her last check up 7 months ago as I asked again if they needed cleaning... Last week a tooth fell out and thank goodness I found it on the floor. I took her to another vet and she ended up getting 8 teeth pulled along with getting roots cut out of two teeth that had fallen out... How in the world could a vet miss 10 rotten teeth and others in such poor shape ??????
