  The 2 people in this Store just basically refused to help me & let me know they weren't Cricket employees but authorized affiates??? They're there for SALES, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got my phone service here BUT, CUSTOMER SERVICE???? Take it elsewhere. I need to know where to go PLEASE. I've had NOTHING but BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS LOCATION. (Cricket aka: WHATEVER)

  After 20+ years of loyalty to Metro and getting no customer support, including constant internet issues I came to Mike and in minutes he was able to transfer my phone number to his phone service provider. Mike listened and solved all my problems, what Metro refused to do. I recommend Mike to those who've lost confidence and respect with their phone providers. For others, consumers are just a number, for Mike I was a human in need of help and he listened.
