I brought my two frenchies, which both are a handful, but they was super understanding and gentle with them. I think we got great care and definitely will be back 💕

I just love this Vet. I had to bring Izzy in and it’s always really stressful when she has to go in. She has high anxiety. They were so patient with her. They made us feel right at home. They’ll never know how much that meant to me. I just wanna say thank you so much for all you did for me. You’re the best

I hope you dont need to talk to anybody on the phone. Over 14 minutes sitting on hold, figured somebody would have atleast checked on me.

Edited to add an update: I want to provide more information so someone else doesnt decline vet services their pet needs because they can't afford the VCA. I took my other dog to get 3 of the same vaccines at Main Street Vet Clinic in Roanoke, AL and the cost was $74 and those same 3 vaccines costed $210 at VCA. The VCA also gave my dog another vaccine i never asked for and he has never had before - the flu vaccine which cost another $57.85. They never mentioned it or went over any details about that vaccine to include that he would need another to boost it since hes never had the vaccine before. I've worked at vet clinics and with a non profit animal rescue so ive used more than 10 veterinary clinics in the southeast and have never paid such a high mark up on services. This is why I am still in shock with the cost. How could an average person afford $177 for a heartworm test? Please shop around for prices at clinics before choosing this one. Roanoke may be a little drive for carrol county residents but its a quarter of the price and the veterinarians and staff in roanoke are amazing 👏 The staff and veterinarian are very nice but I almost fell out when they gave me my bill. We used VCA instead of our normal vet because we adopted a dog and he had a free visit here. We returned to VCA for his annual shots since he was established here but I could've vetted all 3 of my dogs for the price I was charged for my 1 dog today. Im not sure how anyone else is affording these services.
