  My experience with Bonnie at the Cricket store in Carrollton ga was wonderful!!! I am 80 years old and she helped me soooo Much showing me everything I need to know about my phone. Thanks Bonnie continue to be a good customer service rep. Keep Bonnie at your store!!!

  Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars out of 5 for the customer service. My only complaint is this location seems to be severely understaffed. Not sure if upper management is aware of this but its a bit concerning to a frequent customer. Once again 5/5 for the store itself!

  It's sad day when a US Veteran gets his phone stolen and can get absolutely no help from this retailer because I did not have enough money to buy another phone. I have always paid on time and have always been a loyal customer. They would not even attempt to shut my phone down or offer any type of help whatsoever. All my accounts were on this phone. If you are looking for phone service with stellar customer service I would strongly suggest not to come here because I promise you they will kick you when you are down. SHAME ON YOU CRICKET WIRELESS!!!!!
