  Absolute worst experience of my life. This woman would not assist me or explain nothing she wouldn’t help me. I was simply trying to update my phone and Apple Watch. Mind you I have a phone plan here. Followed me out of the store which I left willingly after being denied assistance twice , taking pictures of my car and plates as well as threatening me with law enforcement. So I had to call the police myself needless to say I didn’t get my phone problems fixed and now I’ll be changing our phone service. This happened January 2023. Be aware. I’ve had cricket for over 3 yrs and now I’ll be changing my families service because of EXTREMELY POOR customer service !!! DO BETTER CRICKET

  I got there at 10:30am Wednesday morning. (They open at 10am) They we're not open. I tried to call, no answer. I worked this visit into my schedule, and because I had to go to a different store, it threw my whole day off.

  terrible service !!! if we can called that, the girl is rude, rolled her eyes everytime I asked a question and she doesn't know the answer. she needs to learn some manners and to find a job where she does not have to deal with customers !! I Don’t know who’s the manager but He or She needs to check this store !! Disgusting people! Very disappointed. I don’t recommend this cricket store !
