    Marland was very friendly, patient, and answered our many questions. He is honestly the biggest reason for the good review. We bought an open box Sony tv. The tv ended up having bad spots on the screen and had to be returned (bad on the Geek Squad who supposedly checked it out). There were no new ones in stock in Canton. We had no problem returning it to Cumming and getting a new one.

    I tried to get help at customer service with a Rocketfish Product (Rocketfish is a Best Buy Company). I was told to go to Geek Squad, Then I was told to make an appointment, I showed up for an appointment and they told me to go back to customer service. Customer service told me to call Rocketfish, I called, waited, gave information, waited and the call was disconnected. Afterwards I looked up the warranty on the product (A surge protector with a lifetime warranty) and the warranty instructions said to take the device to a Best Buy Store. So Best Buy either needs to support their products per the warranty and train their staff OR quick selling Rocketfish products. SImple!

    I had a frustrating experience at Best Buy while picking up a DoorDash order. The order was for a 70-inch TV, so before purchasing, I simply asked if I could check that it would fit in my SUV. That felt like a reasonable request, especially since I was told another customer had already tried and couldn’t fit it. Unfortunately, the communication from staff was inconsistent from the start. I was sent to the back to locate the TV, only to be told afterward that someone else had already attempted to pick it up. When I finally found the item, the employee assisting me (Brielle) was dismissive and had a noticeably negative attitude. When I asked to confirm the TV would fit before completing the purchase, I was told I had to buy it first due to “policy.” I understand policies exist, but the way this was communicated lacked any effort to be helpful or courteous. Even asking for a measuring tape felt like an inconvenience to the employee. What stood out most was the tone and attitude. As a DoorDash driver, I was treated as if my time and concerns didn’t matter. Regardless of how a purchase is made, customers and delivery drivers should be treated with basic respect. After I completed the purchase, the same employee attempted to assist, but by that point the interaction had already been unnecessarily negative. I hope management takes a closer look at how customers and third-party drivers are treated. A little professionalism and clear communication would have made this a completely different experience.

    A visit to the cell phone department at the Canton location was such a pleasant and informative experience. I was unable to find the exact phone I wanted, but I learned a lot from the very patient and helpful associate, AJ. She was the epitome of true customer service. Even though I did not make a purchase in the end, I will always remember her persistence and most pleasant demeanor. Next time I need something, I will ask for her!

    Very friendly place. We went to buy an eufy camera the other day. We had problems getting a security camera, but they easily fixed it and ellaborated. I am a local guide in Canton, so we go around and review places everywhere.
