  I’ve visited the Best Buy at Buford Georgia, on three different occasions, on different days and times. Each time, I’ve tried to speak with a salesperson, but I’ve waited up to an hour without being helped. Everyone keeps saying they’re busy with other customers, but this has happened repeatedly. Honestly, the customer service quality has been disappointing. I believe this is something upper-level managers and executives at Best Buy need to be aware of. And this is regarding washer and dryer appliances. I used to purchase all my appliances on Best Buy

  After a negative experience in store earlier today, I decided to give Best Buy a second chance. I noticed they had the phone I want in "open-box - excellent" condition and went to pick it up this evening. The phone was super dusty, has scratches on the back, and one tiny dent in the corner as if it was dropped. This phone clearly should've been listed as "good condition" or "fair condition", not "excellent". I'm giving two stars instead of one because they allowed me to return it and waived the restocking fee. The manager didn't seem happy about that, but it is what it is. I won't be coming back to Best Buy. I don't recommend buying a phone here, the sales people will steer you away from anything except Samsung, Apple, or Google.

  I used best buy for since the store began 1983, in 4 different state, but I dont know if it Greek squad policy has change or the technical are no longer qualified. After many years I not going to renew my service agreement. When you drop off laptop they say 3 day but dont work on it till the last day, last 2 trip that has happen. As the last service still didnt resolve the issues again same last 2 trips. I just sat diwn and decide to be proactive and reload office and problem solves. They do nothing but run diagnostic and want you to leave it again for another 3 days. I recommend finding a local store

  Natalie, sales assistant at the Buford, GA store is awesome!! If you’re looking to buy a laptop at this Best Buy, see Natalie!! Over two visits to the store, she showed me the various laptop models that best suited my needs and gave me great advice on how to choose the right computer at the right price! That’s what great customer service is all about. Thanks again Natalie!!

  I went there when it opened. I went up to the counter and I literally stood there for a whole minute while the girl was messing with her phone. Then with an attitude finally said, can I help you. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. I could’ve said something I wanted to see how long it took for her to be aware of anything around her.
