    Awful. Would give 0 stars if possible. I had a scheduled appointment, but still had to wait for 30 minutes, and was only able to get assistance after I flagged down someone. Then, I was treated disrespectfully and talked down to, and never at any point did anyone acknowledge or sympathize with my having to wait for so long or my frustration at their diagnosis (keep reading! 😂). Instead, I was spoken to with a really annoying up-speak style where everything was phrased like a question as though I wouldn’t understand. Y’all, you are sales people that know the basic troubleshooting technique of long pressing the power button (which my child was able to look up online yesterday for himself), and have to go to the back to ask a technician advice. Sure, the name “Genius Bar” was pompous, but at least you got to talk to the people that knew how to fix stuff. Anyways drove 30 minutes to the mall for this, and was told that our 2.5 year old, $1000 iPad was beyond repair because (surprise!) we had updated the OS the day before. It was functioning completely normally prior to upgrade, and they made it sound like my fault for updating the software. Y’all, at least take the device for a little while and tell me to come back and pretend that you tried some stuff. And wasn’t Apple sued for this nonsense not that long ago? Anyways, terrible experience, awful company. - Sent from my iPhone13 because people will bully you if their texts turn green. 🙄 ✌️❤️

    Terrible in store experiences from staff to management! Got my iphone battery replaced here and it was disappointing. An advisor/employee gave the phone back to me and it has some screen artifacts appearing near the bezel then i asked why that happened which wasn’t there when i brought it in before. He straight up make up things up saying it was dust when they reapplied the screen after changing the battery!!! is this sound ridiculous yet? Maybe I should have my phone fix by some other third party and it will be better. An apple genius person work on fixing my phone and that would make sense that they would check everything before hand it back to me and no the they did not!! such as joke! I wish someone can work on improving this whole experience here! I should have read every one review before getting my service here, now i just feel regretful !

    If its not a sale, Apple doesn't care. My logic board is bad and they dont have a comparable loaner, won't give me a replacement and then they have no clue when the part is coming in. I know things happen but me not being able to use my phone like intended without excuses from the store and tech support is just crazy as to how much we pay for these devices and Applecare is worthless. Best just to go through your carrier for insurance.

    I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the wonderful team members at the Apple Store Mall of Georgia—nearly ten staff in total—who helped my aunt purchase her new phone and guided me through the entire process. A special thank you to Jeff, Nic, Carlos and Omar (as well as to the other kind employees whose names I didn’t catch.) Each team member had a unique style, yet all supported us in their own thoughtful way to make sure everything went smoothly. Jeff stood out in particular. He was incredibly warm, professional, and precise. He walked us through every step clearly and efficiently. He patiently helped transfer all the data, and the whole process was completed in just 45 minutes—so quick and seamless. I truly appreciated his calm, focused manner. The small gesture of Jeff trying to thank us in Chinese meant so much. For people from overseas, this kind of thoughtfulness is deeply touching and memorable. All other employees were equally friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to clarify any questions or knowledge gaps we had. The entire experience was relaxed, positive, and deeply inclusive. Only Apple makes customers feel such consistent, high-quality service no matter which country we visit. This kind of mutual respect, kindness, and global unity is exactly what we all hope for as human beings. May the world be peaceful, and may everyone stay safe and well.
