  Purchased a $3600 MacBook Pro custom from here 3 years ago. Babied it, zero damage whatsoever, and one morning it began blocking half the screen with black vertical lines. Further research indicates a well known manufacturer defect with traces on the screen connection. Even acknowledging the defect caused the problem, the best they can do is a $750 repair. Buyer beware.

  This location literally will not answer the phone. It just continues to ring and ring until the call eventually hangs up. Even Apple Support cannot connect to this store after multiple attempts. I really need assistance regarding an in-store purchase and am unable to visit the store in person. If anyone with the store is able to contact me or provide me with reliable contact information, I would greatly appreciate it.

  If you value your time at all, do not bother coming to this Apple Store. I walked in earlier today needing simple help with my device, and the experience was an absolute exercise in frustration from start to finish. When I first arrived, the staff told me I needed an appointment, which they graciously scheduled for two hours later. Fine- annoying, but expected. I left, managed my day, and made sure to return right when I got my text notification, walking back in a full 15 minutes before my scheduled time. I checked in promptly and then... nothing. I was left waiting in the store for 55 minutes past my appointment time before anyone even bothered to help me. What is the point of making an appointment, checking in, and returning when told if you are just going to be ignored for nearly an hour anyway? The staff showed zero regard for customer time, offering no updates, no apologies, and no sense of urgency. Absolutely terrible service. I expected much better organization from an Apple Store, but this location is a complete disaster.

  I dropped my computer off to them over a week ago. They quoted me 7 days max on the repair which turned into another 3 and now being shipped off to the manufacturer all with zero communication to me about what’s wrong or the steps they have taken. They don’t answer the phone when you call and we’ve had to drive there in person to figure out what’s going on with my device. I am still under warranty because I have had it less than a year yet they won’t replace until it’s shipped off to the manufacturer to assess it. Then the manager asked me if I wanted to purchase another laptop in the meantime which was “only $600”. I am very frustrated and upset with this store and Apple in general and want to get rid of all of my Apple products at this point.
