  Long waits and not sure why you would have to wait 7 to 21 days to get your information swapped? Yet when the staff came around they were very friendly.... I feel that in this day and age, the younger staff should have a little more patience with older people and not be rushed with them.

  I haven't needed to go to an apple store for years and I recently had to have my son's iPad replaced. I now remember why I switched to Google products. The staff at the augusta location are nice, but their customer service is sub-par. When I was in the store, a fire alarm went off and the staff didn't even help us customers out of the store. The huddled up into a group and proceeded to head across the street. Too many staff there to make sales commissions and not enough staff to actually help, or even check in, on other customers. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon.

  Very good experience. I went to the store for a battery replacement today. The only reason I give this visit 4 out of 5 stars is because of the wait. Even with an appointment, you will wait a long time initially. I wish I remembered what the young man’s name was at the front table assisting customers. His name stated with a “L” I believe. Great customer service. I hate I can’t remember his name.

  Literally told me to call if my phone messed up worse then what it already was so they could get my new one in faster and so i tried calling and no one answered then a few hours later apple support tried calling for me and still.. no one answered. My service while i was up there was great but they need to have a phone operator because im about to have to drive all the way to Augusta just to tell them my phone is more messed up.
