  Chapo and Alfredo absolutely loved Nurse Jackie and Dr.Willey! My boys have found their new vet and are thankful for the gifts they received as new patients. They also love the new food they got to take home, not sure if I’ll switch to Hill’s from Purina just yet but if they’re happy, I’m happy!

  I want to publicly thank the entire staff at VCA Buckhead for taking care of our baby Aspen throughout the years up to her last moments. Dr.Wiley and staff treated us with kindness every time and once Aspen had been diagnosed with cancer they were there for us anytime we needed. Aspen passed away peacefully in the VCA office, and as tough as it was for us, they made sure Aspen left this world in a peaceful and dignified manner.

  They try to upsell you on add ons for routine check ups, so your bill can add up to easily be in the hundreds.

  LONG STORY: Happy tears were shed in the vet's office today. I cannot say enough good things about the care we received. Brittany deserves a million dollars. Truly. Dr. Binkow was also incredible. I came in as an advocate for a dog that was recently fostered > adopted from a shelter/rescue. The shelter and rescue both knew the dog needed care weeks ago for a leg amputation and kicked the can down the road for whatever reason. A few nights ago the adopter texted me that the dog was starting to nibble at the leg/open wound. She immediately booked at VCA for their next available appointment (today). Within the last 48 hours, the wound got BAD. The adopter and I knew it looked horrible and were terrified of being seen as negligent/bad owner. Brittany and Dr. Binkow listened attentively to our very long story without rushing us through the appointment, understood and respected financial constraints (as preliminary care was promised by the rescue, the adopter did not expect an immediate large cost), answered every question with expertise and compassion, and provided more care than I thought possible. When they brought Jupiter out with a little heart drawn on his bandage, walking on his own, I was moved to tears. Brittany was running the whole show today - answering phones, check ins/check outs, vet teching, surgery teching. She is truly an angel on earth who saved the day. Thank you, thank you, thank you to this incredible team.

  Immensely grateful for my experience here today. Every staff member I spoke to from the moment I stepped inside was so kind towards me. I want to thank Dr. Emily for her time, knowledge, and gentle handling of my kitty. I am especially grateful to Baron who displayed as much compassion for me as he did my kitty, he really went above and beyond during my visit and I can't thank him enough. My care team today was so knowledgeable, transparent, truthworthy, and understanding. Although Baron was called into an emergency at the very end, he still took the time to answer my questions and walk me to the front before saying his goodbyes.
