  My family and I have taken our animals to Briarcliff animal hospital for over 20 years dogs and cats. We went there well before it became part of the VCA chain. We have recommended them to many people. It has always been way overpriced and we have spent thousands of dollars there; but we felt the care was more important than the price. After the inexcusable experience I had there today we will never again bring an animal to VCA Briarcliff ever again and will do all we can to discourage our friends to leave them as well.

  The staff at VCA Briarcliff were so kind and helpful during our visit with our foster kitten. Easy to schedule online, super helpful reminder texts about appts. Definitely recommend!

  I called VCA Briarcliff to book an appointment for my white tree frog but I got a call back saying the veterinarian at the all animals clinic is “not well versed” in frogs. I think for an all animals hospital that says they handle exotic pets they should live up to that. Fortunately the receptionist was helpful and provided me other clinics to go to.

  I had an amazing experience. Here, this was my first time.Bringing my baby to the animal hospital.And I was a little nervous cause I didn't know what was going on.But ever since I walked in, I was reassured that everything was going to be okay with a smile.And comforting vibes from the front desk lady sarah. Dr williams was amazing. She handled my baby with care as well as her assistant jessie. They were bith super nice and very knowledgable. I was abke to het her shot and medication same day. I would recommend this place for anyone to bring their pets.

  The staff and doctors are so kind and trustworthy! We definitely feel cared for when we come from the moment we call for an appointment and walk in the door. Dr. Floyd quickly caught that something was going on with our pup's knee during a wellness visit and we got a consultation at a specialty vet ASAP to get her into surgery. Some special shoutouts: Kevin is always so warm and friendly when we come in and Ashton is so kind about how crazy our girl is for her nail trims! Thanks VCA!
