  The fact that BestBuy does not have a customer support email is crazy in the big 2026. I placed an online order, to which I had to cancel it as I had to wait 30 minutes to receive the items, that I ended up finding in the store (was in a hurry so could not wait the 30 minutes)... Anyways I was only refunded for ONE of the TWO items I cancelled, I have waited the full 10 days, have called customer support to no avail, telling me to wait another 7-10 days, just say your return policy is 20+ days at this point. Super disappointed in BestBuy, I don't play about $75 missing from my account... in this economy. Do better

  I brought in an "open box excellent" condition soundbar that was shipped to me completely botched (missing the power cord, remote, and all other accessories). Because this location only had new units in stock, I asked manager/supervisor Jonathan to discount the new unit to make up for Best Buy's massive quality-control failure. Instead of taking responsibility and making it right, the manager refused to adjust the price. Worse, he explicitly told me to pay the price difference out-of-pocket, stating that "corporate would reimburse the difference" if I called the 1-888 number. That was a flat-out lie. Corporate confirmed they have no mechanism to refund a price difference on a finalized in-store purchase. Jonathan knowingly gave me false information just to protect his store's margins and get me out of his line. Absolutely terrible leadership and dishonest customer service. If anyone at this store tells you corporate will reimburse you for an in-store upcharge, do not believe them. I would not buy anything further from this location.

  OMG! Cordell hands down has the best customer service! He is so friendly and went above and beyond just to help me! I literally drove an hour worth of distance just for his Exemplary customer service. He is patient and he took care of every customer! 10/10 recommended!

  If you want a place that shows you why customer service is so bad in Atl. This is it. Walked around for 20-30 minutes before I finally found someone that looked free (leaning against product on the phone…to be fair it could have been their work phone but definitely not “busy”) to ask for help - or lack there of. Basically got told to go search somewhere else not in their department - god forbid someone works… while at work? People make it difficult to give them money sometimes.
