  Made our appointment day of, and we were helped almost immediately upon coming in. Jordan was excellent and personable while going over the diagnostic and was transparent with the time for repair. Good job to all the employees here regardless of the A/C status and shout out to Ross for repairing and making my phone feel like new!!

  Honestly this was a zero star experience but Fuad rescued it. If you’re going to use the notes app to create a cue, be accurate. I suspect we were lost in the shuffle.

  Kind and helpful stuff but ridiculous waiting times. They at critically under-stuffed compared to other experiences. We will not use their services in the future and choose to travel farther to Lenox

  It is unclear how you were supposed to go about purchasing items. There’s no clear line yet once you’ve looked at things in the store you’re told to stand outside. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes. They’re at least three people ahead of me still I have only seen them take two people while I’ve been standing here. There’s a lot of milling about in the store, but no urgency for point-of-sale at all. Kind of frustrating when you’re waiting to buy a luxury product that’s $1000.+

  My mom and I had a wonderful experience at the Apple Store thanks to Daris and Charlie, and I especially want to recognize Daris for his outstanding customer service. We came into the store feeling frustrated because my mom’s Apple Watch band had been stuck for a long time. When we visited to replace the band, we were told that the band release mechanism was broken and that she would likely need a new watch. Ironically, the band that had been installed in the Lenox Apple Store caused my mom's skin irritation due to an allergy, and we had no idea why it couldn’t be removed afterward. Daris (he is actually a sales team member instead of a technical support) took the time to carefully examine the watch and was able to remove the band successfully. He also showed us that the band release mechanism was actually working fine and not broken at all. We gave back the problem band. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help immediately turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. What impressed us most was how friendly, professional, and genuinely caring he was throughout the entire process. He never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to help us understand our options. In fact, his excellent service and positive attitude were a major reason we ultimately decided to purchase a new Apple Watch. Thank you, Daris, for being so nice, sweet, and helpful, and thank you to Charlie as well for assisting us. Apple is fortunate to have team members like you both!
