Apple products are excellent, but the customer service at this location was extremely disappointing\. I came here specifically to buy an iPhone and waited **about an hour** for assistance\. I asked multiple employees for help, and every time I was told, “I’ll be with you shortly,” but nobody actually came\. The store wasn’t even particularly busy\. After wasting an hour of my time, I finally walked out **without buying the phone\.** I’m a loyal Apple customer, but this location seriously needs to improve its customer service\. **If you value your time, I recommend going to another Apple Store\.**

Small and crowded. Got help immediately but took him 30 minutes to return after after he was supposed to be checking on a product for me. And this is not an exaggeration I Literally timed it.

What awful employees. This is worst experience in my 9 years of Apple Store visits. I came to pick up my phones on a weekday and was asked to stand in the line that I waited for 5 mins and no one attended to me. The chairs in the store were half empty and I asked to sit in the chairs while someone attended to me but the lady in the entrance wouldn’t let me go in to sit on the chairs. This was at 6.15 PM after a tiresome weekday. Another employee comes and tells me I was rude to his colleague and asks me whether he should help me or not. I pay the premium price for the premium products, had to wait in the link, my result to sit inside was rejected and they have the audacity to act as if they are helping me. Wondering what were they helping me with in the first place. This is probably the worst store and I am not wondered this store has such poor ratings. I hope the store manager or Apple sees this review and makes some good changes.

Terrible pick up process and wait time! I’ve picked up phones on release dates many times. This store is by far the least efficient and helpful I’ve ever experienced at an Apple Store. Given pick up time window is a joke. Do your self a favor and go to Avalon or Lenox location.
