  Maybe if you have all day to wait for a repair it would be worth trying. I had an appointment for a repair. Checked in on time. Was told to wait at a table and someone would be with me. 25 minutes after my appointment I was still sitting there. Went back to the original person who checked me in and she informed me my appointment was like waiting for a server at a restaurant. Ma’am I wouldn’t be waiting this long for a server at a restaurant. She told me to go back to the table and she would get someone. After an additional 5 minutes I left. Not sure what the point of an appointment is here

  Please educate your staff on how to deal with international customers. I was trading in an iphone with a physical sim card and was told they would be able to migrate me to an esim. Migration didn't work, they then told me to go to the Tmobile store, migration didn't work there either. I was left with a phone with no sim, and my old phone could not be sold back to me. To top it off, I was sold an apple care subscription which they assured me can be used in my home country. It cannot, and the setup was never complete either, so now I'm charged for a service that I cannot use or cancel because it's stuck in some purgatory state. Have never had a worse experience at an Apple store.

  Big thanks to Jason at rhe Genius bar! I went to get my Mac fixed and left with a full education on Ram, my device activity, and Apple Intelligence along with Apple care on my phone and computer. If you go and need help definitely ack for him! He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly coming from someone who is not tech savvy. Thanks again!

  I had an appointment for 6:45 on June 23rd to get my front screen repair. I was greeted downstairs at the entrance and told to go upstairs to the Genius Bar for my repair, everything went downhill from there. I went upstairs and looked for a line to check in and was just ignored as if the staff was hoping I wouldn’t ask for help. I then proceeded to sit down at one of the tables, and still never got addressed. I had to get up and interrupt an employee that was having a conversation with another off duty employee, to go get checked in and then told to have a seat. I sat at the table for 45 minutes to be exact just to be told that there system was down and I’d have to be rescheduled. As I looked around everyone else was still carrying on like the system was never down. This is highly disappointing being that I was sitting down for that long just to hear that I wasn’t able to be assisted but everyone around me was. Being an Apple customer for so long and being treated with such disrespect is very disheartening. Please do better Apple Lenox

  My husband and I walked in here and had the best experience ever from an Apple Store! We needed his screen replaced and also broken earbuds. Thank you Shari for your outstanding customer service and support. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made sense! Our service was fast, efficient with an amazing smile and genuine attitude that was willing to listen and help us. We saved money because we had Apple Care so we ended up buying a new pair of Beats as well as screen protectors for both our phones! We were guided to another rep named Nara who applied the screen protectors. She was equally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. These 2 ladies definitely have what it takes to make Apple our “go to” store for all our electronic needs. Thank you again 🙏🏾😊
