  I’ve been a long-time customer of the brand, but my recent experience at the Lenox Square location was easily the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The staff member assisting me was rushing the entire time. When I was trying to trade in my old devices, she was practically throwing them onto the table with no care at all. Furthermore, she showed zero interest in helping me with the new product I wanted to buy—no options were offered, no features were explained, and no alternatives were suggested. It felt like she just wanted to get me out of the store as fast as possible. For a brand that usually excels in the "customer experience," this visit was a huge disappointment. I expected much better care, especially during a trade-in and upgrade.

  I drove one hour to go to this store to repair. I wanted to replace my battery, but he said I had to reset my iPhone first. I did not want to reset because I didn’t want to back up my data. Then he refused to help me. I am not going to pay a lot of money to get iCloud data for this. Wasted my money to have Apple care!!!

  I walked in and they didn’t give me my free phone it says on the website with every visit comes with a free phone I’m 86 and I no when I see a scam never coming back

  UNBELIEVABLE. I visited the Apple Store at 3393 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326, with a scheduled appointment to get my iPhone 14 Pro Max battery replaced. When I got there, they told me they couldn’t just swap the battery, but they would replace the entire phone (everything but the screen) for $29. That sounded fair. They notified me to come back, so I did. They kept me waiting for 2 hours and 30 minutes, only to tell me AT THE VERY END that they couldn’t proceed with the $29 repair either. Instead, they "offered" me a whole new replacement for $99 (which makes zero sense for me, considering I plan to upgrade to the iPhone 18 in just a few months). To make matters worse, they completely wiped my phone, forcing me to redownload all my apps from scratch. They also broke my tempered glass screen protector during the process. When I asked them to replace it, guess what? THEY DON'T EVEN CARRY SCREEN PROTECTORS IN THE STORE. Absolutely awful service. I lost 2 full days of work, spent 4 hours commuting over those two days, waited nearly 3 hours in-store, and walked out with a wiped phone and a cracked screen protector—all for absolutely nothing. I went in for a simple battery swap and lost all of that time and money. And they still had the AUDACITY to try and upcharge me for a new device. Horrible experience. I was genuinely excited about upgrading to the iPhone 18, but now I'm just completely disappointed.

  I had a wonderful experience here at the Apple Store in the Lenox Mall. Amerus, Ynet, and Jason were so kind/accommodating. Amerus retrieved my laptop 💻, Ynet tried to help me setup my Windows PC computer but he had to direct me to the Apple tech specialist since my PC was being difficult lol, and then Jason helped me setup my information through iCloud from my PC by downloading the iCloud app from Microsoft Store to sync my information. It worked like a charm! It’s a pity that there are quite a bit of reviews here who had bad experiences with some of the workers. I wish they were like the 3 people who helped me through this process of setting up my first Mac computer. I ordered it online and picked up from the store. So all I can say about that process was that it was smooth and different in a good way. As long as the 3 workers I mentioned are there, I would come back for any other concerns I may have 😊
