  I can't recommend this place enough. I got there 10 minutes before they opened so I could be first in line to get tech help and they saw me standing outside and opened early. Cleo helped me and she gave me outstanding service. Despite a few challenges and hoops we had to go through together she effortlessly tackled them and was kind throughout the entire process. Not only did she help me, she simultaneously was helping multiple other people at once with such great spirits. It feels rare to go to a store these days and get such a high level of service and leave feeling relieved. All of these staff was kind from the moment I walked in it was a breath of fresh air. if you go here you will be taken care of!

  The support folks are great but it's often so busy that it feels like you are not getting good attention and the process to just buy something always feels convoluted. Wish it was more clear where I was supposed to go.

  I don’t appreciate your associate trying to scam me. I was asked to scan a QR code which I was lead to believe was about of the purchase process for the accessory I purchased. Come to find out it was signing me up for a $12.99 a month subscription to some product I will never use. Next time be more transparent. I already didn’t like how I was instantly passed off to someone after I was barely acknowledged.

  The team at Lenox went above and beyond to help me with a return / trade-in situation after a relative passed away that truly left me speechless. I worked with Alexis, the manager on site, and she was so kind and helpful. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes and I had a trade-in + two purchases. I’ll always come back to Lenox for any future Apple purchases!

  Stopped in for my phone and asked the intake guy if I went to the restroom would I still keep my place in line. When I returned another girl told me they already called me and pretended to input something in her system, she even went and told the guy who called me I was back but guess who was looked over. I checked with the little intake girl and was then told I needed to check in again and to have a seat. Horrible customer service!!!!
