  I brought 4 phones to trade in, they only gave me a gift card for one. The gift card was an awful design and a trick, I threw away the stupid sticker because who wants that, but the code on the back doesn’t work, I guess the only code that matters is under the sticker. I contacted customer support and they refused to help. Apple, you succeeded at taking advantage of an innocent person, I hope you are happy.

  the nicest, most helpful, most patient team of employees at Lenox. Shoutout to Donald, Michael, Abir and Preston. i had quite the situation trying to buy and trade-in my phone from an online order and reservation, with likely a combined 10 hours of customer service and support over a period of several days. never once did they make me feel like an annoyance, or did they send me on my way to figure things out on my own. they constantly checked in on me either in person at the store or over the phone. in today's world where you truly dont know what kind of service you will receive, and most of the time, get the worst service, the Apple Lenox team is truly a shinning star. wish others could take some lessons from them.

  I was an awful experience, nobody explained us anything… There was this guy that came to us we told him that we wanted to buy the iPhone 18 pro he looked like he didn’t know anything about the phone… we waited for an hour at least We come here to spend a coupl of hundred dollars so my expectation is that at least they engage with you or just ask you if you have any questions….

  I hate going to this store. Everyone is rude and they don’t know how to process customer requests properly. I spent an hour waiting, and the representative simply failed to submit my product exchange request, so I completely wasted my time. It’s terrible to have so many awful stores in Atlanta!!!!

  Went to pick up my iPhone 18 pro max today. Started having issues with my carrier and then got that fixed. After Apple started having issues on their side and told me to personally call Apple instead of them calling? Confused but called and basically I they couldn’t help. Only way to the get the phone would be paying 1400 or waiting 4 weeks to ship out from my carrier. Worst Apple service I have ever experienced.
