  literally such a joke of an establishment, the staff is so unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing don’t even waste your time and go to Perimeter location instead, took my problem to Perimeter and they actually helped me out and at least tried.

  I am currently home visiting family and was highly considering upgrading my previous iPhone. Due to there not being an Apple Store in my hometown area, the closest stores were either in Atlanta or the Augusta area. Before I provide my review, I would like to mention that the store can (and will) become business with customers at a moments notice. Luckily, I arrived on a date and time where the store traffic was very minimal. Upon the end of my visit, the store became flooded with customers requesting support. Although wait times may vary, this location has the best and tentative apple store team I've ever encountered. Review comments: Due to being unfamiliar with the apple stores in the surround Atlanta locations, I decided to check the reviews. Customer service and a great experience wherever I go matters a lot. Based on the reviews read (before arriving to this Apple Store), I was uncertain if I should shop (and purchase) there. Compared to the reviews of the other Apple Stores in the metro area, the Apple Store in Cumberland stood out with more good ratings and comments. I arrived to the store upon opening, in order to beat the mid-day traffic on my way back home. I was met by Mr. Ricky. Although I was fairly certain what I was there to purchase, Ricky provided an absolutely great experience for me. He assisted me with understanding the differences of the newer models and help me make solid decision of phone choice. From start to finish, Ricky was extremely patient with me during the process. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and my purchase went smooth as possible. This Apple Store location was super friendly and knowledgeable in their services. Following my purchase from Ricky, I was accompanied by Joe and Ana during the transfer and setup of my new iPhone. Both Joe and Ana made sure I was comfortable and were very engaging during the process. I truly appreciate their assistance and hard work.

  STAY AWAY. If I hadn’t known any better, they would have got me for $90. Dishonest tech plugged in a cable with water in it (presumably from a different device they were troubleshooting) to my phone. Told me they could not replace my screen because of the water alert. Gave me a bogus speech about how eventually my phone would fail. For context, a different tech before her plugged my phone into a couple different docks with no issue. I hadn’t been around water with my phone at all for at least 24 hours and took my phone right off the charger before I left home. Had been charging for about an hour. I went to the Perimeter Mall location the very next day and they found no evidence of water whatsoever. Their employee is either unequipped with the knowledge necessary to do their job or is dishonest and looking to juice customers for more money. Source: I own a tech repair business. I’m done paying for apple care.

  Horrible experience. Even 1 star is too much. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. They close at 8:00 PM, and I arrived at 7:59 PM after driving 45 minutes. I was waiting for someone to help me, and when she came about one minute later, she simply said they were closed. I explained that I had driven 45 minutes to get there, but she kept repeating, “We are closed,” without trying to help or offer any solution. Very disappointing customer service.
