Terrible service. To the woman who tried to help, you were very rude from the get go. I tried to explain my situation and you greeted me with distain. It was so bad that I even had to question this woman what i did that caused her to treat me and my wife this way and she played it off like there was no issue. I sat there for over an hour watching this person complete nothing. All she tried to do was reset and reupload my phone and accomplished nothing. I am pretty decent with tech and I felt like at times I knew more than her. Massive waste of time. Luckily, I was able to figure out my issue in the parking lot. Apple should hire me since their technicians are not able to troubleshoot their own products effectively and efficiently.

Came in with a software problem and Brian totally took the time to explain the problem and how to get it resolved on my iPhone… highly recommend this Apple Store.

Came in for a computer charger. Usually buy online but needed the charger today. God forbid you don't have your devices linked. God forbid you just want to pay for product without giving all your info for them to contact you about your wireless carrier or to try and upgrade you on a phone. Commission must be high for the associate not to get the hint that sometimes you just want to check out and keep it moving. After her condescending and sarcastic small talk referred me to check myself out since she couldn't be bothered to hit the other button on her screen. To the point I had to get her supervisor involved simply because it was the person who originally helped me figure out what charger I needed to buy. The next associate she pointed me to check out completed the task in 30 seconds. When someone tells you they just want to pay and leave- let them. I know it's possible. I don't actually have to scan a thing. I can simply pay and walk out. But I'm the difficult customer because I'm not interested in having a long chat.

I have insurance on my tablet through a third party company that is not apple. My screen broke and my insurance asked me to get a repair estimate. I brought the tablet in to apple but they would not give me an estimate for the screen because they wanted me to buy a new tablet instead. They also said they would require the cosmetic damage around the back to be fixed as well if I were to request a screen repair. However cosmetic wear is not serious and my insurance won't cover that. I only came in for a written estimate to fix the broken screen, so that I could fufill my insurance's requirements so that they will pay me out to replace the tablet. Apple wouldn't do it because they wanted me to buy a new tablet instead. They also said that I shouldn't have 3rd party insurance because filing a claim would have to be done online, instead of getting applecare which makes you come into the busy store, they tried to convince me that's more convenient??? It's a diabolical suggestion. When you have applecare, they make you schedule an appointment and then come into the store in person just to wait behind a bunch of other people in line until someone is available. The gaslighting is next level. I'd rather file the claim online from the comfort of my home any day. the pushy sales tactics are embarassing. I know what i came in for, and they tried every excuse in the book to make me do what they wanted me to do. it didnt work and just makes your company look bad

The Apple staff can be useful, however are inconsistent in service. There has great Techs and Techs that are not helpful. There are workers that instead of finding the correct answer for existing devices would rather point users to purchasing new devices. That is a disappointment when a user want to figure out what is the actual issue with the device. However, I enjoy the Apple Store experiences otherwise. Always on point with their displays and new products. Grateful to, for Apple.
