  Not positive. Called about phone special and got a price. Went in to complete and was told they were out of phones. Called the next day and was told they had plenty, come on down. Agent was very confused about pricing and phone availability. Price jumped up $50 from quote so I left it there.

  I went to Cricket a few minutes ago, and Jalen was very rude. We told him that we needed to transfer the SIM card from my old phone to the new phone I had ordered online through Cricket. He told me I could do it myself. I explained that I had already tried, which is why I came into the store for help. He just looked at me without offering any assistance. After charging me, he didn’t even want to hand me my change directly. When he finished, he simply placed both phones on the counter without saying anything or explaining whether everything was done. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I expected better assistance and professionalism, especially since I came to the store because I needed help.

  Ajayy Had wonderful customer service. I visited the store quite often and every time I go in she is always a pleasure.

  You guys need to give a raise to AJ! She was so friendly and so helpful, it’s so hard to find genuine people who likes customer service. She was so patient and never had any bad attitude. I am not a customer myself but I went with a friend who needed help translating and just because of AJ I am thinking of switching my phone company to Cricket.
