  I called to ask what a transfer fee would be. The person that answered said she had no idea how much an estimate would be or what fees would be charged. Didn’t seem to want to help. Very short and rude..I called winder location who have always been helpful and they said a fee for the bring your own phone, activation fee plus the family plan we have. AND she gave me break down of prices. I only called this location bc I live in Athens but I work in Winder. From now on I am only going to winder.

  Stopped in today to get a phone added to my plan, and the ladies (Liz and Mel) were so wonderful! They were incredibly sweet, positive and friendly! Come by here if you need help with your phone plan! We will definitely return if we have more questions.

  10/10 Melanie was amazing helped me with my phone it was crushed and she got on the phone and helped me make claim for the protection plan I had. even let me use it after we had to get a verification to get it to work. she's such sweet and amazing person. and so kind for taking care of her very mentally challenged Boyfriend. god bless his soul.

  I bought an iPhone last night from this store. Well the guy didn't even put the new Sim card into my phone. I didn't realize until I got all the way home by then it was to late to call smh now I have to make a trip from Jefferson this morning and hope they still have my new Sim card from last night 😡
