Special callout to Oz, Jennifer (manager), and Giana for their 1:1 conversations and taking their time to understand my situation and provide alternative solutions and recommendations.

Been to Apple Stores in Singapore, NY, San Francisco; great tech & service. This one by far worst. Avoid and go to Buford or ATL.

She acted as if I was going to steal something but I just wanted to buy a new phone. Walked out and never going back.
