- CFcaroline flunker6 days ago1.0Drove 30 minutes to get my earbuds fixed. One makes a sound like there is sonar happening and it’s near deafening. They claimed to “test” it and “gave me a new pair”. Same issue. Now I have to drive back again today. Will only edit with a new score if they actually fix the issue.

I walked in, spoke to a tech, and without even looking at my phone he just gave a support number. Then the guy with the support number told me to submit a report to the Apple support website and wait 24 hours. Wasted my time driving all the way out here and my iPhone still doesn’t work.
- TITrustedBrothers INCAug 3, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Avalon. This was by far the worst Apple location I’ve visited in Georgia. The customer service was poor from start to finish, and I left without my issue being properly resolved. The technician, Edward, was unable to provide a clear solution or helpful guidance, which made the experience even more frustrating. When I asked to speak with a manager, I expected the situation to improve, but unfortunately the management team did not address my concerns or provide the level of customer care I expect from Apple. I expect much better service from an Apple Store. I hope this location improves its customer service, communication, and overall support for customers.

My wife and I upgraded both of our phones and transferred service to another company. He assisted both of us and troubleshooted several areas to get us both set up correctly. We will definately be asking for him again when we visit soon.
