  Today I visited the store to see if they could help me with a problem I was having with my phone. I wasn't receiving group messages, and my settings wouldn't allow me to enable that feature. I had even tried contacting Cricket customer service, but the issue remained unresolved. Fortunately, I came to the right place. Sam was incredibly helpful and worked diligently until he finally fixed the problem with my messages. I highly recommend this store 100%. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
