Everybody in there is nice except Sandra she is extremely rude talks over you and gets down right rude...I will find another cricket store to do my business after dealing with her rude unprofessional take on things!

Today I visited the store to see if they could help me with a problem I was having with my phone. I wasn't receiving group messages, and my settings wouldn't allow me to enable that feature. I had even tried contacting Cricket customer service, but the issue remained unresolved. Fortunately, I came to the right place. Sam was incredibly helpful and worked diligently until he finally fixed the problem with my messages. I highly recommend this store 100%. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
