  Huge shoutout to Trek Bicycle Wildwood, and especially Deb! I called Trek Bicycle Wildwood, looking for damaged inner tubes for a DIY project, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were incredibly receptive to the idea and invited me right down to the shop. When I arrived, Deb (Debra) was beyond helpful. She walked me to the back where they keep items for disposal and personally helped me sort through tires to pull out the tubes I needed. She even complimented me on repurposing them to keep them out of the landfill! It says so much about a business when they treat a non-paying visitor with this much kindness and respect. Their friendliness and outstanding customer support are top-tier. This is exactly how every local business should operate. Highly recommended!

  The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around as they made their recommendation, walked me through the accessories I wanted based on the type of riding I would be doing and assembled my bike. They even lent me an Alan key because we had to take the front tire off of the bike to get it back to my house. Really a pleasure to shop with and the bike is great! I really love it. Thanks!
