  Terrible experience from the start. Fiorella, the front desk attendant didn’t look up from her phone when I walked in until the third “Hi” I said to her. I took my cat because of limping and nail trim. Amber tried taking my cat out of his carrier to weight him without gloves so ofc he swatted at her and she didn’t have gloves or sleeves which I think it’s necessary when handling cats. The $100, 20 minute consultation was him inside the carrier the whole time. How can a cat be assessed like that. Then Dr. Garcia wasn’t able to trim his nails which I would think it’s the most common task at a vet clinic. Of course it’s going to be hard handling him without gloves or wrapping him in a towel I don’t know what they were thinking. After they gave him a shot he got out his carrier and had to call me in to put him back. He was completely frozen in fear so all I had to do was put a towel on him and put him in. Something neither dr. Garcia or Amber who are supposed to be the professionals could do an I paid an absolutely absurd amount for this. It made me question if this is a doctor or clinic that only sees dogs because they had no idea how to handle a cat who is in fear and pain to do the most basic task like trimming his nails. Incredible that a vet clinic couldn’t do that. I have never written a bad review anywhere but this was incredible disappointing and not to mention how dismissive and indifferent Dr. Garcia was when I very politely gave her my feedback about my experience the next day when she asked how my cat was and she only apologized once I asked for her supervisor’s email.

  I’ve been bringing my dog Milo here for a while now! Gabriella is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable technician, and Dr. Longo is wonderful. Milo is always in good hands with them, and that’s all we ask for as pet parents! I’ll definitely keep coming back here!!
