  I highly recommend Dr. Tarricone and his team! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, answering every question I had regarding my dog’s surgery from the initial consult to the post-op appointment. She received extraordinary care before, during and after surgery! They also kept me updated throughout her stay, which gave me relief knowing my girl was doing well and in great hands.

  Unfortunately, I had two separate dogs, one in 2023 and one just this year, who died. I decided to bring my beloved pets to this clinic for cremation. Thank God I did! The staff at this clinic were so compassionate and sympathetic when I called and then brought my babies to them. I was crying hysterically and they showed me such understanding and truly shared my grief. The staff are animal lovers, and feel your pain. I would highly recommend this clinic for all of your pet's medical needs. They provide top tier care for your precious family member. You will not regret having this hospital help you and your pet.

  Akela was diagnosed with end stage kidney disease earlier this month. We saw both Dr Chen and Dr Gray. They were amazing. They helped us with supportive care for akela. On 4/27 unfortunately we had to make the painful decision to let Akela go. We brought him in and were treated with compassion and kindness. Thank you for making a difficult decision a little less painful

  I notice that every single time I've come to this hospital and/or spoken with them over the phone, the receptionists are consistently very rude. It's a place where they are there to help people and their animals, and the receptionists are rude and their behavior shows that they do not care and hate their job, and it's frustrating in a stressful time when your pet is sick. I've never seen another veterinary hospital whose customer service is so poor.

  They did an amazing job with treating the sick cat We recently took to their facility. The cat is doing a lot better I couldn’t believe when they said it would only take a few days Inside the house and with their medical treatment . I followed All of their instructions. Thank you ! VCA for being there and your amazing support team. Forever grateful!
