    Very poor customer service, my daughter have to Waiting for services the person was helping went to lunch and somebody else came changed for phone give to her and tell she had to go to her carrier to activate went she go they sent back to apple because they they never transferred serial number.

    Horrible experience today at the Apple Store in the Wellington Green Mall. Had an appointment which I was on time for but they were late. They claimed it was because they were backed up but there were hardly anyone there. Then I had to change my password to my apple account so they can disable the find my phone application in order to work on my phone which makes no sense. They said it would take an hour to reset my phone because of the new security feature then I would need to bring it back to them. They gave me a ticket to “hold my place in line so I wouldn’t need a new reservation”. An hour later I bring it back and they said oh we can’t get to it today. We have no more time slots. Then why did you tell me wait an hour bring it back and give me a ticket to hold my spot???!! Complete waste of my time! Then telling me that I would need to leave my phone and be without it for a few days? All I needed was new glass which would take 15 to 20 minutes tops but they didn’t have time for someone who already had a reservation….horrible time management and management of the customer. If you know your not going to have availability then don’t send the customer away and tell them to come back in an hour for you to do absolutely nothing! Let them know you can’t get to it today so they’re not waiting and wasting their time!

    Worst experience ever, extremely disappointed in Apple. Calem erased about 6 months worth of priceless travel memories (photos and videos) from my iPhone—I’ve spent thousands of dollars on travel to capture these beautiful memories and now it’s all down the drain because of him. I’m absolutely gutted. After speaking at an Apple Store in Miami and the phone with Apple Support, they confirmed he performed the incorrect procedure on my phone to recover these photos and instead completely erased them off my phone’s memory bank. He did not have my permission to do a full-fledged factory reset on my phone. He did not even ask me and he just went ahead and did it. He was supposed to perform a data recovery diagnostic. I don’t know how he could mess that up. This experience has made me so upset as a loyal Apple customer for many years, that Apple has lost my trust completely. I’m 100% done doing business with Apple, I look forward to joining one of their competitors. Also, another employee at this store treated me pretty rudely on a purchase. Don’t remember his name but this situation tells me that the management at this store really needs to step it up and retrain their employees.

    My son's iPhone wasn't charging and wouldn't hold a charge. The phone showed the battery needing to be replaced, so I made an appointment. I figured it would be like $200 or for to replace it, but the site showed $99, which is cheaper then these ifix places. Got in store and was greeted right away. We waited maybe 2 minutes and we had our own tech that did not rush or make us feel hurried. She asked my son a ton of questions about what was happening since it is his phone. She ran all types of test and cleaned around and in the charge port. Huge chunk of lint came out, so that may have been the issue. But the battery is old and needs to be replaced. The tech could have pushed us to spend the $99 but she suggested paying off the phone and just upgrading since the cost and how much the phone is worth is pretty much 50/50 and 17s are like $3 a month now. So pleased with the store and wish I got the tech's name because she deserves a compliment.
