I was scolded for not purchasing Apple Care and treated like a child. I was eventually called to tell me my device repair had been completed only to arrive and find it needing additional repairs. I will go elsewhere in the future when needing Apple support.

Horrible service, long wait times just to deal with people who act like they’re the ones who need assistance. Such a frustrating experience! So inconsiderate and nasty attitudes.
- JKJulian KlappenbachJul 24, 20261.0You should not be able to sit at the table at the "genius" bar without being acknowledged, informed on when you'll be served, or if there will even be a wait within 5 mins. The current process of every employee ignoring you is unacceptable, whether or not the person is there with a reservation. In my case, I was picking up a repair and was told I didn't need a reservation. There is no one else at the table with me.
