  I have been going to these FINE FOLKS for 11 and a half years. That is the ages of my twin Standard Poodles Bentley and Bradon. There has never been a time when are issues were not solved. Dr Horn and staff go above and beyond in keeping my twin Boys healthy. I recommend them them highly to all my friends with pets. Would never think of going anywhere else. Dr Horn checks in with me long after they had an issue to ensure they are doing well. Thank you VCA of Vero Beach, FL and Dr Daryl Horn. 🫡🇺🇸

  I was looking for an appointment for my cat. A friend of mine recommended this place. I went on the webpage and made an appointment. The appointment was a little far , therefore I called the place to see if appointment can be moved sooner.. The receptionist whose name I believe was Kristina was not very pleasant. Her customer handling skills were poor.. This was my first disappointment therefore I cancelled ed the appointment and went to different place

  In August of 2022, my dad and I brought my 12 y.o cat Tiger in over concerns of a lump that was forming in the corner of his mouth. The doctors wanted to do a biopsy and assured us that they would contact us if they needed to do anything further. That day we picked up our cat to find that not only had they removed several teeth, but they also made a large incision on his neck, which they glued shut. The glue that they used to close the incision was matted in all of the fur surrounding his incision. None of this was ever authorized with my dad and was a complete surprise for us when we picked up our cat. One thing we did not realize until we got home, was that they actually left the IV in his arm. While already pretty shaken up from the sight of our mangled cat, we had to bring him back in to get the IV taken out of his arm. Ultimately, we had to come to the heartbreaking decision to put Tiger down 13 days later. This whole experience was devastating, and I feel like the surgery they performed on my cat significantly reduced his quality of life. The VCA is a vet that I trusted and that my family had been using for many years, but I would never take another animal to them after what happened to my boy.

  We had a great first visit with our cat today. We recently moved here from out of state and we wanted to get established with a good veterinarian office. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. We saw Dr. Peterson and she was very thorough and informative. Her assistant Bella was amazing! So helpful, kind and informative. We feel confident in this office and will be returning when it’s time for our kitty’s next checkup. Highly recommend this office!
