Absolutely unacceptable experience at Cricket. I came in for help with my phone and was met with rude, unprofessional behavior from the representative. Customers should not be treated this way. Management needs to address the behavior at this location.

The girl working assured me the new phone I bought had the features I was looking for and when I called to ask for help she couldn't tell me how to find the feature. NFC. I called another cricket store and they told me none of the phones are equipped with this. I wouldn't have spent the $300+ dollars if I had known.... Not happy.

I've been with cricket for a while now and every time I've used this location the staff was very helpful and friendly. The store itself is very clean and I've never felt uncomfortable or out of place there.
