  Absolutely unacceptable experience at Cricket. I came in for help with my phone and was met with rude, unprofessional behavior from the representative. Customers should not be treated this way. Management needs to address the behavior at this location.

  I've been with cricket for a while now and every time I've used this location the staff was very helpful and friendly. The store itself is very clean and I've never felt uncomfortable or out of place there.
