  Talked my mom with dementia into an expensive plan and even $35 for a charger. She returned the phone, but they never cancelled the calling plan. I had to cancel her credit card. I am not sure what is worse, not cancelling the calling plan or selling someone a $35 laptop charger for their phone that should have cost $10 or less. When I went to the store, buy they offered no help.
