  Caleb acknowledged me in a very polite manner. He was professional and understood that I wanted all uninvited apps off my phone. He was incredible with his knowledge concerning every question I ask him. Wow! I was sorry Caleb Daniel was no longer at the store. He was also exceptional. Caleb Daniel guided me in a reset of my phone. I tried to get help at two Cricket stores on a cross country trip across the USA. Tried Google overseas associate, had to pay $5.00, no help. Thank You, Caleb Daniel, I hope you find a good job.
