Community Health Centers (CHCFL) is a non-profit organization of Central Florida family health centers that provide high-quality, affordable medical, pediatric, dental and pharmacy care.
Community Health Centers Tavares is located in downtown Tavares, just off Lake Dora, and is surrounded by the cities of Eustis and Mount Dora. This Sea Plane themed center provides comprehensive medical, dental, and specialty services, for both children and adults.
We offer Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Adult Dental, Pediatric Dental, Lab, and Pharmacy.
In addition to preventive care, we also offer an on-site low-cost Pharmacy, exclusive to our patients.
