The entire team is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Rebekah is an incredible technician. She is patient, attentive, and treats every animal like they are her own. You can truly tell how much she cares about the cats and the families she works with. Dr. Williams and Dr. Lockhart’s expertise, compassion, and dedication to providing excellent care is unmatched. They take the time to explain everything, listen to concerns, and make sure you feel confident in your cat’s care.

very disappointing experience. i came in 10 minutes early for my appointment to establish my newest kitten. i usually just go to regular general practices, but i'm interested in getting my cats established at a cat based practice has i have 8. the technician came in, took his weight, collected some information on him and was overall very friendly. i enjoyed the technician. i wait for about 15 minutes, no doctor. the technician comes back to let me know the doctor was in a meeting. it kind of confused me on why the doctor would go into a meeting when there's a patient waiting or why an appointment was scheduled at a time that the doctor may have an appointment, but i digress. after almost 30 minutes of waiting to see the doctor, i ended up leaving because i had to go back to work. it was a cute clinic and i'm very disappointed as i had quite a few questions to ask about his health as he is a male tortoiseshell. it's very disappointing because i feel as though a meeting took priority over the health of my pet, even if it was just a wellness appointment to establish. what if he were having an emergency? i don't want to imagine that the meeting would take priority. all of my cats are like my kids. i don't think i will be returning to this practice. i think i will try the cat doctor's even if it's a further drive. i want my cats to receive the best care. they aren't a second priority to me, so i'd like to find a practice where they are prioritized over a meeting.

My last few experiences with them have been awful. If youre understaffed then dont take on so many appointments. Our pets are our children and deserve to be treated with attention to detail. Wasn't told anything about the parasite one of my children has, had to look up to find out just how contagious and stubborn to get rid of it is. Wasnt told the precautions i need to take to make sure my other baby doesnt get it or so thay he doesbt keep reinfecring himself. Wasnt told it can hop from cat to human. Wasnt told/given the two medications it normally takes to get rid of the parasite was given only panacur simply becaus one "tends" to get rid of it. But if you look online it can take 2 to 3 rounds of medication so id rather from the start have both medications. When i was told what he had wasnt told what medication he was going to get so i couldn't look up different prices (had i had time to look it up i wouldve never bought it from them) panacur is cheaper on amazon and Drontal... oh boy for drontal they were charging ONE TABLET $46.01 thats straight up robbery. Its $5.36 per pill when purchased elsewhere. Asked for the metronidazole script for his giardia so I can mail both the drontal prescription and the metronidazole prescription in one go to treat my baby as soon as possible but again its like they dont respect the health and dangers of your furbaby. Told them around 11 I'd like to pick up the metronidazole script after I get out of work so i can mail two scripts at one and get him treated as soon as possible. RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. And with my other cat took a week to recieve the script for her prozac. Ended up having to go to a local compounding pharmacy instead of my preffered one because of their delay, had they placed the script in same day, i coulsve orderred from my online compounding company but it took them a week. She hates the flavors that the local compounding offers so shes drooling everytime i give her the medication since the local compounding pharmacy doesnt mask the bitter taste as its primarily a human compounding pharmacy. So only a few days in and I already had to buy ANOTHER $50 bottle this time from my preferred compounding because I cant continue giving her the one I got from carrollwood thats now trash since she literally drools it out and hates me for it. Waste of time and money....... waiting for the final script of metronidazole since I paid for my vet visit with them and want to finish getting my baby treated. But after this ordeal, im going to a new vet because this was absolutely unacceptable and no attempt to remedy any of this has been made. Shameful! Youre acting like pretend drs with low stakes, when vets are the pediatricians to our furbabies, run your clinic better. These are not just pets theyre our children.
