- VCValerie Contreras1 day ago1.0I have the Dyson V7 handheld and its battery life is awful! Maybe 2 minutes at best! I thought it would be an amazing machine, but that has not been my experience, at all!!! I would not purchase another one or recommend it! Just my experience!

My Dyson airwrap has been having power cord issues for almost the entire time I’ve had it, but I put off the repair until it stopped working completely. Should’ve come in sooner, because the repair guy at the shop fixed my problem in 5 minutes! Was super friendly and helpful. Thank you!
- MAMarjorie AlquistJun 25, 20262.0Having two Labrador retrievers I thought a Dyson stick for pets was the way to go for quick clean ups. It is not very good. Every use it tells me there is a clog but there is nothing to unclog, or that the filter needs cleaned; I clean the filter and the error remains. Additionally, it has a pretty short charge life. I wanted to love this vacuum but each use just frustrates me. I’ll stick with my Shark plug in and should I decide to get another stick vacuum I’ll go with Shark as it has been tried and true.

- JGJeanie GordonMay 2, 20261.0After having a Dyson cordless vacuum for almost 9 years it finally had issues last year so I splurged on the V15 detect. Less than a year following receipt I was experiencing issues. I spent over an hour on a chat troubleshooting and going around and around explaining the issue when they finally decided to send me a new wand. This takes an excessive amount of time so thankfully I had a backup Shark cordless vacuum, but when the wand arrives it is not the right one for the vacuum I have. No phone number to call, you can try to go round and round with a chat but who has time for that. A couple of vacuums later, hair dryers, etc and when there’s an issue it’s difficult to resolve. I spent over $600 for a vacuum I have been able to use for months. There are so many companies offering just as good quality it’s time to give them a try.
