Tanisha made my transfer from metro to cricket 1000% hassle and stress free. I was hesitant but she took much care to walk me threw the steps I needed and found me the best plan for my needs and was even able to set up my current phone which I didnt want to part ways with. If it wasn't for her exceptional customer service I would have walked out of that store. I was waiting on one other customer and the music in there was driving me crazy. Thanks for all the help, I will soon bring the rest of my family over to cricket also.

Tanysha is phenomenal and helped me out so much! I really appreciate everything she does and how kind she is. Store wise it's clean and set up nicely, HOWEVER the music sucks. The music is so depressing and low energy, it makes the buying experience drab and feel slow compared to how bright and fantastic Tanysha is.
