  Try to activate a phone today. But I wasn't able to so far. But I called and spoke to Victoria and she was nice enough to take the time to look up some extra information to give me directions to where I might be able to find satisfaction to my tasks.

  I just called up there about my phone that has been messing up. My phone has never been dropped no kind of damage on it at all they had the nerve to tell me if I have a iPhone or Samsung call the company and get a new phone from them. But besides that we would charge you for a new phone.
