  We had an appointment at 1pm. We checked in and waited four hours while person after person who did not have an appointment were taken care of. The store was so packed that I couldn’t see the exit. People pressed in against my back it was pure chaos. I ended up having a panic attack after four hours and an employee , ( he was wonderful,) cleared the people out of the way so I couldn’t find the exit. I haven’t had a panic attack in years. I never did get my iPhone replaced, it’s new and has never worked right on navigation in particular it zooms in and out, gets hot while charging going and when I use it. The woman next to me had been there for two hours & she had an appointment.

  Apple used to be all about customers but NOT anymore! My iPhone 17 Pro Max is toast and they will not replace on the spot they only want to fix the phone and take 5 days or longer, have the phone sent back to Apple to get replaced (still 3-5 days out on express) or buy a new phone and return it (have to pay $55 restocking fee) but that’s all the options. I have been with Apple since the early 90s when iMac came out but I’m sadly leaving if they are going to treat customers like garbage and not caring or helping customers anymore. Had to go buy a new iPhone since I have no other options and need to work Thanks for nothing Apple

  I visited because the screen on my MacBook Pro stopped working, and I scheduled an appointment with a technician. The technician was amazing—he took all the time needed to explain what was happening, answer my questions, and walk me through my options without any pressure. He also helped me understand the different Mac models and guided me through the process of choosing a replacement. I ended up getting a MacBook Air, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. ❤️❤️ Excellent customer service and a great overall experience!

  Llevo tres semanas esperando por un móvil nuevo porque reporte el mio perdido yo pago el ceguro y aun no lo recibo para nada aconsejo pagar ese ceguro de iphone kear es una estafa cuando llamas a reclamar las demoras te dicen que es otro ceguro quien debe hacerse cargo que ellos no son responsable un tal ceguro de aig qué tampoco los recomiendo por el pésimo cervicio al cliente te y demora en la entrega de dispositivo realmente se an vuelto una estafa estas agencias en contra de la población pésimos son

  Had such a great experience both times I've been here! The first time was when my display screen unfortunately was damaged on my laptop after only having it for 15 months - Zorab was very helpful - so insanely smart on what actually happened to my display screen. I was so thankful they fixed it and in such a short amount of time too! Matt was very helpful for getting my new iPhone and so was GiGi for setting up my iPhone along with adding apple care to my iPad and laptop. Thank you all for your help! I will 100% be back.
