    I have been twice now to purchase a computer and I give up. They send you over to a table with 10 other people and one person helping and there’s about 50 people walking around that apparently can’t help you. everybody in my house has iPhones and we buy a new one every generation but for some reason, I cannot purchase a computer from the Apple Store . I have been to the one in New York as well and it’s the same scenario.

    The Genius Bar is an absolute disaster. The wait is long—I don't know why they even require an appointment if you still end up waiting 40 minutes or more. Furthermore, in my experience, they didn't have the part needed to fix my screen and offered me no solution other than to wait for the part to arrive. Honestly, I don't know how Apple allows such disastrous service to operate under its name.

    Recommend you guys reconsider getting apple care, they advertise it as fast and convenient but my phone got dropped into deep water and couldn’t recover it and when I did the claim with apple care they redirected me to another company to handle the claim and it turns out that I will be without a phone for about a week even though I have paid insurance in all my devices for about 3 years already and have never make a claim, apple states that not handle it by them directly even though I paid “apple care” not no body else insurance Update, it have been over 220hrs since my claim was made and approved and they still not ship out a new device they keep increasing the days that the phone was supposed to be shipped out in, first it was 2 days, then it was 2-5 after that period now they are telling me about another 7 more days Update 2, after contacting apple again finally someone said what’s going on that is that supposedly the device is out of stock for them to be able to send it to me even though I paid the insurance and the deductible and everyone is saying that my only option is to wait till they finally decide they want to send me one, this looks completely as an insurance scam for me, be careful I recommend you guys not to use apple care services

    Extremely frustrating experience! I waited just to get checked in, then waited 20+ minutes past my scheduled appointment time for an associate, only to be told that diagnostics would take another one to two hours. What’s especially disappointing is the arrogance of the process. Despite having AppleCare+, I was told I couldn’t simply drop off the device and come back later. The assumption that customers should block out hours of their day with no flexibility is unacceptable. Appointments clearly don’t mean much here, and AppleCare+ didn’t provide any added convenience or priority. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this was a huge letdown.

    Absolutely horrendous experience. I had a scheduled appointment for a cracked camera lens under AppleCare+, waited 42 minutes past my time, and was then told they couldn’t repair my phone today, even though the part was available. Manager Damon explained that the appointment was “just to see what’s wrong,” and that I’d need to come back on another day (and “come early”) to actually get it fixed. That was never communicated when booking. I’ve been an iPhone user since 2007, and in the past, if a repair couldn’t be completed same-day, Apple would offer a replacement device. Now I’m being asked to take more time out of my schedule and potentially wait hours for a repair that could have been handled properly the first time. This isn’t about a delay, it’s about poor scheduling, lack of transparency, and no respect for the customer’s time. Do better.
