  This Cricket store robs people for their money. They robbed me and will not fulfill their agreements. The district manager refuses to contact me. Do not do business there. The manager is unhelpful and they will rob you and fulfill their agreements. Horrible customer service.

  My partner and I both have Cricket phones with different issues. Both phones now work perfectly and we were able to sign up for one of the new plans costing less money with more services! The manager took her time to figure out how to fix our issues, and helped us to save money too! We will definitely return to this store in the future for an upgrade!
