I had a very negative experience with the auto installation of my aftermarket dash kit and back up camera. However, the store management and claims were very polite and respectful. They were prompt and empathetic. Because of their care and how they handled my situation, they have me continuing my business.

Don’t get any TVs here they cannot install them. I have tried to get a refund for my installation, but Best Buy has just asked me to reach out on social media. It’s like if you don’t have a Twitter handle you can’t get any customer service I guess…. Long story short, the install person for geek squad got to my house said I couldn’t use anything that was already there NEEDED TO BUY THEIR MOUNT (typical price gouge) I couldn’t use them. He couldn’t touch the TV. He couldn’t even return it because legally he couldn’t put it back in the truck so he left this huge TV that I couldn’t even move just in the middle of my living room. With my small children around, which is actually a safety hazard . I called somebody in town that day a professional installer who figured out we could use the same exact same mount and the TV was hung that day very easily straightforward job….. However, Best Buy installers are just too lazy and to much of a hurry to get back to Orlando.. Don’t buy a TV here they will just abandon it on your doorstep with nothing I ended up having to pay $400 out of my own pocket for something that should’ve been paid for with the TV. Thanks for abandoning me Best Buy.
This is the second review I have posted. The only response I have gotten from Best Buy was to DM them through Twitter. Like it’s ridiculous

Had an issue with Apple CarPlay. Geek squad checked all phone settings and asked questions. Ran diagnostics on phone could not find anything wrong. No charge for the service. Sent me back to auto tech. Ahmed said he would take a look. He got into car settings and within 5 minutes had it fixed. Thank god it was driving me CRAZY. When I asked what I owed he said nothing. True customer service! Thanks Ahmed and Geek squad.
