I wanted to give a huge thank you to Sharon at Best Buy for going completely above and beyond for me. I work in retail myself, so I understand how demanding the job can be, which made me appreciate her effort even more.
I had an issue with my Best Buy credit card being flagged, and Sharon took the time to help me through the entire process step by step. She was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything resolved. She even stayed and helped me after store hours, which honestly meant a lot to me.
On top of that, she was the person who helped me get the Xbox ROG Ally X, and she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Customer service like that is rare nowadays, and Best Buy is lucky to have someone like Sharon on their team.

My experience with the Total Membership at Best Buy in the Doral location was very disappointing. I went into the store looking for help regarding an issue related to the removal of services at this branch, and unfortunately, no one was able to provide a clear answer or solution.
What frustrated me the most was the lack of knowledge and coordination among the staff. I was passed from one employee to another without getting any real assistance, which makes me seriously question the value of paying for a “premium” membership.
The in-store experience was also slow and inefficient. There didn’t seem to be anyone willing to take ownership of the issue or genuinely try to resolve it.
Overall, the Total Membership does not feel worth it if the level of customer service in-store doesn’t match what is promised. I expected much better from a company like Best Buy.

Yo fui solo para ver las piezas de una cámara que había comprado en otro lugar cuando al salir TJ de ATT se presentó en la puerta y me ofreció una cotización por mi servicio móvil actual. El cual fue muy atractivo en el momento. Luego de hacer toda la transacción en el cual compré 7 dispositivos, me entregaron 2 y los otros me iban a llegar a casa porque no tenían los modelos que yo requería. Aqui empieza el problema. A partir de ese momento han sido más de 20 horas en diferentes visitas a este lugar y al que queda en Dadeland Mall sin que me puedan ayudar. Cometen errores gravisimos del sistema donde se escudan porque supuestamente están en un cambio de programación en lo que se refiere al servicio móvil. El día de hoy una vez mas no me pudieron ayudar y ahora resulta que deben escalar este tema a otro departamento que se puede demorar otros 3 días. Esto es una burla completamente contra el cliente. Estoy decepcionado del sistema que manejan. Y ahora resulta que ellos no son ATT sino una empresa de terceros a cargo del servicio. Es una ridiculez todo este tema. No recomiendo a nadie que hagan este proceso. Una pérdida de tiempo total. Aunque Ariadna, Jonathan y Crystian T. Intentaron ayudarme, se ven que no están completamente armados con lo necesario para resolver los temas concernientes al servicio al cliente. Fueron de mucha ayuda y son ellos mismos los que al final del día me dijeron que quizás lo más recomendable fuese regresar a mi anterior servicio. Imagínense esa escena. 0% recomendación. Y la única estrella es para esos muchachos que fueron muy gentiles por intentar ayudarme.
