They are very friendly, very knowledgeable, very accommodating. This is very rare these days. I needed them two times many months apart and it was consistent. It tells me whomever is managing there hires very well and created an amazing team.

I was referred to The Geek Squad by friends and T Mobile. I went as a walk-in but I would suggest you make an appointment. They told me there was an appointment ahead of me and offered me to wait. They triaged my issue and decided it could be worked in. Cierra (forgive me if I spelled wrong) took charge of my problem and offered me options. In no time she was helping me manage the huge amount of photos that were hampering the overall performance of my phone. I found my experience more than met my needs and expectations. Cierra was very friendly, professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE! The service was prompt and very reasonable. I will most definitely "Seek the Geeks" for any electronic issues in the future and happily recommend to others. THANK YOU.

Worst customer service experience i’ve EVER seen. I came here on the 29th after searching through Apple’s website for an apple-certified store to replace the battery in my iPhone 13. Apples website took me to the Best Buy in Spring Hill (FL) to set up an appointment and bring my phone in for a few hours for the maintenance. When i first arrived, the communication between all of the Geek Squad was absolutely terrible and they could not communicate with each other who was next in line, who was already spoken too, who was checked in, etc. We had 3 people come up to us within 10 minutes and said “sure i’ll get you checked in”. Once we got up to the register, the man took my phone to do the tests before you can perform any maintenance on it and told us to sign a waiver. This day, their systems were also down so there was no paper documentation or receipts. He told us that an email would be sent out within 2 hours when the repair was done and we could come pick it up. About 3 and a half hours go buy and i’m wondering why i haven’t received an email yet. I decided to head back into the store where they proceeded to tell me that my phones motherboard was fried from the tech who did the repair and they would not be able to give me a receipt or my old phone until they could ship a new iPhone 13 in from Apple. I, personally, work in a hospital and need my phone for my job, especially when i’m on call. I asked for a receipt for paper documentation of this incident in case they can’t communicate with each other that i was receiving a new phone. They refused to give any sort of paper documentation, refused to give me my old fried phone that they broke, or my sim card. I left the store, obviously upset, and i brought my boyfriend back with me later on to ask someone else for my sim card at least. I did not get the man’s name that helped us later on, but he got my sim card for me and let me take a picture of the waiver as “paper documentation” since they would still not give a receipt. They said i would get an email in about 2 days that my new phone has arrived and i can come pick it up. 5 days go by, and still no email. We show up to best buy, and someone goes to see what the current status is on the phone. Come to find out, they had not even placed an order yet on a new phone to come it. At this point, i’ve been without a phone for 5 days and have no idea when i’m going to get one. 2 days later, my mom comes into the store while i’m on call at work for me, and they have the phone but still had not sent any email to me. My mom spoke to the Geek Squad Manager about our experience and he was extremely rude to her. Waving at her to leave, saying how he doesn’t care, and overall acting like he didn’t care about anything. My mom ended up speaking to the store manager, who on the flip side was extremely nice and explained the policies and expressing how disappointed he was in our experience. Overall, terrible experience, terrible communication between customers and themselves, and terrible “Geeks” who really don’t know what they’re talking about.

Customer service at the SpringHill location sucks. Dropped off my phone on the 10th it's now the 27th can not get a call back from the store after several calls to basically answering service since they don't have a phone number to the store.
