  I had a great experience upgrading my phone at Cricket Wireless in Sebring, thanks to Dalia! She made the entire process, including transferring my data to the new phone, easy and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service.   Dark red hair chubby Puerto Rican lady was so rude she was assisting me , and she got a call and didn’t even say excuse me I’m getting a call she answered the phone and made me wait till she finished , I got told that at any store if you are assisting another costumer in person you should not answer any calls while you are taking care of a client already that’s disrespectful

  Cricket, itself, has never been a problem. The service has always been excellent. The customer service, on the other hand, is horrible. Especially, over the phone and at this store. The Hispanic lady was very rude and not helpful, at all. I would hate to con back to this store for any reason.
