  I’m a first time client. I tookJazzy my 18 yr old male cat to VCA , and met Dr. Sherrill ..She is awesome! She treated Jazzy with good care, and she was very informative! My cat has completely recovered and is a happy cat now! BEST VETERINARY CLINIC I HAVE EVER GONE. Staff is wonderful as well

  I will not be taking my cat to your facility for care! Doctor does not care at all …..did not address any of my concerns all she wanted to do was find things to charge me with this doctor was literally in the room for 2 seconds and left even my younger son said she didn’t do anything for us but tell us about a ear infection and then tried to charge me for 6 other things instead ! I will be taking my cat to a different company all together because you did not provide what was advertised as well as no medicine for worms which was apart of the visit but didn’t address none of that! Charlotte is evil of veterinary care! She did not care! Better not send anyone to my house either because I was coming to you for care but literally had to walk out because I could feel she did not care maybe she should just quit this profession. Like I had to walk out because I could feel the lack of compassion and it was disgusting so yes I walked out! I came to you for help and to see what I cold do with money side and instead you went from free to $300 with out even following the advertisement

  The Lockwood ridge location went above and beyond helping me with my cat. And after I put my kids to sleep they were nice enough to send me a handwritten condolence card which I really touched my heart they are great

  I am SO ANGRY right now and devastated because my cat just suddenly died this morning after an appointment at this vet yesterday! Charlotte is a horrible vet who lacks common sense and empathy. My cat was supposed to be examined but Charlotte did NOT listen to my concerns and did not even examine my cat properly. I told her he had lost a tooth and she peeked in for one milliseconds and did not even check for infection. We suspect our beloved cat died from this infection. She did NOTHING to prevent the death of my cat. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT THEM!!!!
