  Had a horrible experience. Greg the manager biggest waste of timetold me to wait that it would be 50 minutes. Waited the whole fifty minutes plus another forty five minutes to talk to him.To get the refund because they said they couldn't do it tonight even though he already told me he could.And that's why I waited, otherwise I would have said, no. I'm not waiting. I will come back in another time and wait. Not to mention when I set up the appointment over the phone. The lady had all the pricing wrong and none of the info, correct anyway, I waited the 50 minutes for them to come out. And say, oh, we won't be doing it tonight, or even starting it. Would you come back tomorrow? I told him you should have told me that from the beginning.And I would have not done this.Why am I here waiting then? They really need to be more clear from the beginning, I was there from 725pm until 855pm for nothing!

  Alex and Dipanjan provided excellent customer and technical service getting my desktop back in working order. Corrupt files along with other tech issues required several hours of their time to resolve. Very satisfied customer. Appreciate their patience and expertise! Worth the subscription fee!

  Where is the zero rating! Geek squad is an absolute joke corporate rip-off.... You people are terrible do not stand behind your warranties and I wasted money on you. I'm never going to do it again and I'm going to create a blog period and blast you on the internet.
