No sound system in stock and I had to call the store? Calling the store was code for calling India. The rep couldn't answer the missing oem part inquiry and said I needed to call back tomorrow. I asked for her supervisor, thinking she had limited platform accessibility, and she refused/wouldn't connect me. I had to do everyone's job and call back to find the sound system I paid for! I found the number to the store, and the rep indicated his hands are tied...only being able to search 250 miles. I surrendered and bought a lesser unit off the installers truck. We leave our winter home shortly, had a time constraint, and no one at Best Buy could help me. Disappointed.
