It just happened again, I just ordered an LG Washer and Dryer and it was sneaky, it wanted me to go ahead and pay for it first then send me an email on delivery. I did it and then get to the email and it says they will get back to me when they have it in. So they collect the money but then no idea when your going to get it! Scam! So I cancelled and they kept around $80 for some reason. Best Buy is a billion dollar business and they have to do business this way! Get your act together or your gone! Gone with me so far! Just sick of it! I own a bunch of rentals so your not getting any more of this business. I would wish you good luck but at this point I don't care if you make it or not! Get some new senior management and have stuff always available or don't sell it! I am going to file a complaint with the state of Florida as I want my $80 back.
