  Sometimes, upon entering an Apple store, one might sense chaos -- but Apple team members know exactly what they're doing and are intent on solving problems. Suzanne was as knowledgeable and efficiently capable as any tech rep I've ever known, seen, or heard of. Not only did she solve our very complex issue and restore an account that we thought had been completely lost due to our incorrect updating procedure, but she was multitasking by setting up a new phone with another customer simultaneously. I've been buying Samsung phones and watches for over a decade, but Suzanne convinced me of the value in having an Apple store nearby and I'm moving completely to the Apple ecosystem with my initial order today if a new 18 ProMax. Thank you, Suzanne. You're the best!

  I had a very unpleasant and upsetting experience at this Apple Store. I came in to trade in my old iPhone and transfer everything to my new phone that I had ordered here. I trusted the employee guiding me through the process, especially because he specifically said he was sure my phone had been backed up before erasing my old device. Unfortunately, after my old phone was erased and taken for the trade-in, I discovered there was no backup available to restore. I lost important photos and other personal data that I believed were safely backed up. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of help and accountability afterward. I understand customers are responsible for their personal data, but when an employee confirms a backup was completed before erasing a device, a customer should be able to trust that the process was handled correctly. This was supposed to be an exciting experience getting a new phone, but instead it became extremely stressful and upsetting. I hope Apple takes situations like this seriously and provides better communication and verification before a customer's old device is permanently erased.
