- KSKeeny SmithApr 19, 20261.0I was told by the salesperson that screen protectors would be replaced for free if cracked at any store. However, upon going to the Apple Store I am told this is not the case. That it is $40 to replace it and they do not warranty it. I have to go through a third party, belkin, with the receipt and serial number. What a waste of my time and money. Keep your people informed and make sure they don’t give out false information.

I am unable to access the account using the password recovery options due to the hackers continually changing the password as soon as I reset it. I have multiple fraud charges every month. Apple customer service is no help. Please lmk once apple gets sued for not allowing individuals to delete apple account over the phone. This is absolutely irritating!
